Boxes and Cowboy Boots!!

First, Addi has decided she likes playing while sitting in one of the toy boxes. I went out in the playroom the other day and there she was. She was just sitting in the lego box playing with the Legos. I thought it was so cute! She even got out of the box when she got bored with the Legos, to go and get a puzzle to play with back in the box. Landon thought it was pretty funny too.
Landon likes to cool off his Kroger Truck as you can see in the picture. Actually, he likes to make as much noise as he can by running it back and forth across the vent. It is VERY LOUD!
In the top pics, you can see that Addi and Landon LOVE their cowboy and cowgirl boots. They each wanted to put them on today after their nap and I just thought it was so funny! Of course, I had to take pictures!!! Both boots are compliments of G-Mama!!! Never a dull day at the Griners!!!

ABC's and 123's School is Here!!!

So yesterday was the first day of school for the 2007-2008 school year. John begins his sophmore year which will include getting his driver's license at some point. He is also really looking forward to marching season stating that the drumline will be even better than last year because of the many new freshman who came up. He had a great first day and will be enjoying classes such as Spanish, Chemistry and Geometry. Andi had a good first day too and was very pleased with the teachers she got. She is also looking forward to her band year and it being her last year in Middle school. She is taking Algebra 1 this year along with science and social studies to name a few. She is also looking forward to going to football games. They both looked so nice yesterday that I HAD to take some pictures. Landon, Addi and I stayed in yesterday as it is scorching hot here. Landon asked a couple of times where John and Andi were. They are both doing good and as crazy and goofy as ever. Love to all!!!

School Clothes Fashion Show!

Andi went shopping for some new school clothes, compliments of her G-Mama, and later that day she gave us a fashion show. Here are some of her favorite new outfits! We had fun shopping and she was very wise with her money. Even the little ones did very good considering we were looking at clothes for at least 2 1/2 hours. I was proud of them all!!
